BEHIND THE MVMT

The Story

Personal Trainer and former professional dancer Kristin Dungee, created her first online program “KAKEBODY” in the summer of 2017 to prepare aspiring dance athletes to make NFL/NBA Dance teams. Over the years the program has evolved to incorporate holistic nutrition and mindfulness offerings. MVMT PRO is designed for women who want a holistic approach to health and fitness. No fad diets. No excessive workouts. The MVMT PRO community is all about mindful movement, connecting with nature, finding emotional and mental harmony, and prioritizing rest and recovery.
